Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

Free Standard delivery on orders totaling more than £15 to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Option to upgrade delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at extra cost. 

Place your order before 17:00 GMT Monday to Friday, and we will aim to ship it the next day.

If an item is out-of-stock, allow up to 5 working days for despatch. For custom or made-to-order products, allow up to 5 working days.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Shipping times are estimates based on experience.

Delivery by third party carriers is subject to their separate terms and conditions. You are responsible for compliance with their then current terms.

United Kingdom

Unfortunately, we can no longer deliver to Northern Ireland.

For other UK destinations, we offer three delivery options:

Free delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Standard Delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Express Delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

You will need to be in to receive your delivery, and a signature from an adult may be required.

Disclaimers

Items are sold subject to availability. We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders. If there is insufficient stock to meet your order, we may contact you to offer a suitable alternative. If none is available, we will refund your payment as quickly as possible.

 

We may deliver your order in more than one shipment. If we do, we will provide a separate invoice for each shipment.

Should operational circumstances require us to do so, we reserve the right to select an alternative service or carrier to those that are detailed above. In such circumstances, we will endeavour to use a service that is of the same, or a higher standard than that originally selected at checkout. Normally this will be at no additional cost to you, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from CMFW Gifts. If you do change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of its delivery to your address. To exercise your right to cancel your order and return the goods purchased, contact us immediately by email to support@cmfwgifts.co.uk.

 

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must quote your account number / order number. You are responsible for shipping costs and for providing proof of delivery.

 

If you are returning goods because they are faulty or incorrect, we will meet the cost of shipping on our nominated carrier.

 

We may accept the return of ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrectly ordered’ goods after 14 days, but will deduct a restocking fee of 30% of their invoice value.

 

We will refund you only on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
