Items are supplied subject to their availability and CMFW Gifts reserves the right to change details and/or product specifications without notice. Whilst CMFW Gifts will endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if there is insufficient stock to meet Your order, CMFW Gifts may at its discretion contact You to offer a substituted product or alternatively refund the price paid for such goods as soon as possible.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from CMFW Gifts. If you do change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of its delivery to your address. To exercise your right to cancel your order and return the goods purchased, contact us immediately by email to support@cmfwgifts.co.uk.

 

If You need to return an item, contact CMFW Gifts by email with Your order number and details about the product You would like to return. CMFW Gifts will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from Your order.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must quote your account number / order number. You are responsible for shipping costs and for providing proof of delivery.

 

If you are returning goods because they are faulty or incorrect, we will meet the cost of shipping on our nominated carrier.

 

We may accept the return of ‘unwanted’ or ‘incorrectly ordered’ goods after 14 days, but will deduct a restocking fee of 30% of their invoice value.

 

CMFW Gifts reserves the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the goods returned where the goods show signs of unreasonable use; for these purposes, unreasonable use includes handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will only be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods by CMFW Gifts to the debit card, credit card or online payment account that was originally used to complete the transaction. PayPal refunds can only be processed to the account used for payment and not to a different PayPal account.
